Unsung Makeup Heroes: Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balms

At that place are a few things I beloved to collect, similar cute USB keys, shoes and Maybelline Babe Lips lip balms.

The permanent lineup features 6 shades — two of which are clear and the other iv take a sheer tint. Sometimes they launch express edition shades too, and those wing off the shelves super fast (psst! keep your optics peeled for the new neon shades this autumn).

I wanted to share 5 of my favorite shades and a bit nearly why I'm so head-over-heels for these drugstore lippies.

First of all, they're totally adorable. The fun packaging features bold colors and a cute pattern. Next, they smell great and accept a sheer tint that'south totally fool-proof to apply, however slightly buildable too. These are the types of lip balms that you go on in your office drawer, on your nightstand, and a couple in every pocketbook. Finally, they have SPF20, and then they are great for daily protection (but don't have that awful sunscreen taste), and they're super moisturizing too.

Quenched. Quenched, probably my almost-loved shade, is clear and smells similar lemon-lime. Information technology has a permanent spot on my nightstand; I use it each night before I go to bed, and my lips feel soft, smooth and hydrated every morning.

Peach Buss. Peach Kiss is another favorite. Information technology smells like peaches and has a shimmery, peachy statuary tint. It's pretty neutral, so it goes with almost every look! Information technology's my become-to when I'grand in a rush or can't decide on a lip color.

Pink Punch. Pink Dial is a super fun, bright pinkish with a berry aroma. It'south quite buildable and pairs perfectly with an ultra black cat eye!

Cherry Me. Cherry Me is your classic carmine Chapsticky balm kicked up a few notches. The juicy crimson odour is totally nostalgic and leaves lips with a rosy tint.

Grape Vine. Grape Vine is so dark that it might wait a little scary in the tube, only information technology goes on super sheer and kisses lips with a soft berry tint. The grape olfactory property is so amazing I wish I could eat information technology!

I could proceed and on about these lip balms, just really, it comes down to this: they're affordable, hydrating, cute and come in some pretty crawly shades.
